The story

Ain’s journey with incense started roughly a decade ago.

As he approached the counter in a regular street shop of Old Delhi, the owner looked at his items, which included a couple of boxes of his favorite incense – you know…the kind found in the stores around the world – and smiled.

He reached below the counter for a paper wrapped bundle of incense and said: “Would you like to try these?”.

In hindsight, lighting that incense was a life altering moment, because for the first time Ain experienced what a true incense is like.
Like all leaps forward in life, this presented new challenges. Ain was no longer willing to accept the products sold near him. During his return visits he also found out how hard it is to find incense of similar quality, even in India. Determined yet unsatisfied, there had to be a better way.

So, he set out to find himself an incense maker. Someone who would teach him how incense are made and what makes the difference in quality. Today he is happy to say that he met his incense maker in May 2017. A family, a 5th generation of incense makers in the beautiful city of Mysore, Karnataka.

The purpose of Ain with his magical incense is, that one could make his own life altering experiences – if wished.

Meeting Ain was a wonderful experience for us and we immediately decided to start this common heart collaboration!

The product

All incense sticks are handmade with 100% organic ingredients, essential oils and pure bamboo.

They are well known for delicate recipes, that make the incense non-toxic, fragrant and therapeutic with light smoke. Suitable for all occasions, from meditation and pooja to cleansing and therapy. And equally good for just creating a special atmosphere.
